About Me
When I was promoted into management at Facebook, they paired me with a coach for the first few months. Having someone outside the organization to learn from, bounce ideas off of, and talk through challenges with was incredibly valuable for me. That experience planted the seed for the work I do today.
Over the years, I’ve led diverse engineering teams across Facebook, Pinterest, small startups, and LinkedIn, giving me a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of leadership. Now, I use that experience to help new and aspiring engineering managers build confidence, develop core management skills, and create high-performing teams.
For engineers who feel stuck in their careers, I provide strategies to uncover what is holding them back, understand the “unwritten rules” of career growth, and set clear, actionable goals. I also work with small companies that lack established engineering leadership, helping them build strong foundations for their teams and drive growth.
